- READY adds retesting, scheduled practitioner sessions, and guided optimization support.

Your kit ships directly to your door with step-by-step instructions. Once your sample is collected, you’ll return it using the prepaid mailer. When your results are ready, they’ll be uploaded securely to your portal.
CORE clients receive full results and recommendations immediately in the dashboard; READY and ELITE clients have additional 1:1 coaching during scheduled practitioner sessions.
Turnaround time is typically 10–14 business days from when the lab receives your sample. You’ll be notified as soon as your data is available.
Practitioner sessions are included in the READY and ELITE tiers. These sessions allow for in-depth data review, personalized adjustments, and guided progress.
If you choose CORE, your results and recommendations will be available directly in your client portal — no session required.
Yes. You can begin at any level — CORE, READY, or ELITE — or upgrade at any time. All lab data, protocols, and recommendations carry forward seamlessly.
MCHN Vitality operates independently to maintain clinical precision and individualized care. We do accept HSA and FSA payments for most testing and consults.
That’s perfectly fine. Our practitioners can coordinate with your current practitioner/provider(s) or share reports for your records. MCHN Vitality complements traditional care by providing advanced data and targeted strategy.
