This policy explains returns and refunds for purchases from MCHN LLC. Different terms apply to memberships and digital services than to physical merchandise. Questions? Contact us at ops@mchn.co.
Memberships & digital services
Forge, Strength, Mentality, and Vitality memberships, programs, and related digital services are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time, which stops all future payments; you keep access through the end of your current billing period. To cancel, manage your membership in your account with the relevant provider or contact us at ops@mchn.co.
How returns work
MCHN gear is made to order. Each item is printed and produced for you when you place your order, then shipped by our production partner. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we handle returns differently from a traditional retailer. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered (the wrong item, or a print error on our end), we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Use our merch support form within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue (or email ops@mchn.co). Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives so we can resolve any problem quickly.
Sizing, change of mind & exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please use the size guide on the product page before you order. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered (see above).
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us or goes unclaimed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you’re responsible for the cost of reshipment. Email us at ops@mchn.co and we’ll help arrange it.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at ops@mchn.co as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the item enters production.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unworn or unused and in its original condition. This does not apply to items personalized to your specifications. Contact us at ops@mchn.co to start.
Refunds
Once a replacement or refund is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method (for refunds) within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. Questions about a refund? Contact us at ops@mchn.co.
