Log Files
MCHN LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and understand how it is used. We use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Vercel Web Analytics) to measure aggregate, non-identifying usage. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites we link to, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Some MCHN services — in particular Vitality — may involve health-related information such as lab results, biomarkers, and intake questionnaires. Where these services are provided or supervised by a licensed clinician, that care and the associated records are handled by the provider in accordance with applicable healthcare and privacy laws. We collect and use health-related information only to provide the services you request and as permitted by law, we apply additional safeguards to it, and we do not sell health or other sensitive personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Children’s Information
Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older, and we do not direct them to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
