Memento: noun, an object or item that serves to remind one of a person or past event.
These assets were created so YOU can be reminded of the promise YOU made to yourself to become the person YOU are supposed to be.
As stated within Objective Secure and taught to our clients throughout the world, mementos are a powerful tool to enable DISCIPLINE. These visual reminders, when employed tactically, provide the necessary spark to stay the course.
Instructions: Place each of the seven (7) mementos in different locations where your eyes will naturally drift throughout a typical day e.g. the bathroom mirror, above the toilet, the visor of your vehicle, your daily notebook, next to the monitor at your desk, in your locker, etc.
Preparation is half the battle. Prepare YOUR operational environment with mementos and they will provide the support needed to push past the excuses and onto VICTORY.
